WHEN WILL THEY ADD SAKURA TO SF6???????

Seriously??? We get freaking SNK characters before we get the glorious and of course the best character (yes THE best character) of Street Fighter, Sakura?

I appreciate Terry and Mai as characters and I do really like them I been playing some more Street Fighter ever since they got added but it just makes me want Sakura even more man?

Who knows? considering the rising costs of fighting game development and the long content cycles between developing, adding and balancing characters, it's impossible to tell. Part of the reason I rarely pursue new fighting games these days is this, exactly. I know I'll feel hugely disappointed if a favorite mine ends up benched.

I'm still confused as to why they did both Terry and Mai really. Just one would have been fine, it's not like there's a lack of SF characters to throw in place of one of them. I'd honestly have been okay for another new character instead of one of them.

Sakura players have had it a little rough, I know. Even though she was in 5 she was a little wack. If it makes anyone feel better here, I was an Abel main in 4. There's no godamn way he's ever coming back, and so his final appearance will forever be Cross Tekken which is a fate worse than death for a SF character.

It seems like they added two from Garou because Garou is adding two from SF (Ken & Chun-li). I'm more confused as to why Andy & Joe are DLC in Garou now; that's like making Ken & Guile DLC for SF.

Any SF3 characters, really. That game was stacked with top tiers and potential top tiers (with a bit of rebalancing). I'd also like more SF1 characters, Final Fight characters (it's about Damnd time), and Project Justice characters. In fact, just give me a proper sequel to Project Justice and I'm good.

6 does have a bizarre absence of any 3 characters, not even Urien has crossed over and he's normally in everything. We are getting Elena next in maybe 4ish months of course, but only one as a DLC is strange. It's unfortunate because I think some characters would really translate well into 6, like Makoto, Dudley and the twins; just picture Dudley with ducking uppers into slime rushes, or Makoto with 6 style parries into kara.

If I learn ANYTHING from life, it's that being annoying has its benefits. Flood Social Media that capcom uses letting you know you want her to be in SF6. Get other people to do the same. More fans what something that capcom can profit from, the sooner you get ryu in a sailor outfit...wait didn't they change her outfit. I've only played pre3 street fighter games sorry.

Andy and Joe are DLC? seriously? they are THE OGs along with Terry... there'd be no Fatal Fury or Garou without them, geez. Well, at least it's better than whatever Capcom did with the SF3 roster. Ibuki, Dudley, Alex, Makoto and Elena were genuinely great additions, but it needed a better classic/new face ratio, c'mon.

Ibuki would be a nice pick I think she would play real nice in SF6 personally at least

I actually think Fei Long will come back EVENTUALLY THAT IS, I don't think he will ever be a DLC for SF6 but MAYBE in a new game but will most likely be a side game that there not very confident in

Haggar is one of my mainstays in MvC3, it sucks that's he's never had an actual mainline SF appearance as I think he could be a good counterpart to Gief. Guy I'm entirely neutral on, but I'm down with Cody. At least he was in 5, even though he was terrible.

I've been using Guy since Alpha 1 so as far as I'm concerned he's required. Haggar being in MvC3 felt like a cool nod but I feel grounded characters like him don't belong in zanny crossovers, though I admit I'm negatively biased and don't like said crossovers at all.

Considering Final Fight was once know as Street Fighter '89 (and has a whole lot more street fighting than Street Fighter itself), the classic trio should have been a longtime mainstay of the series.

That's part of the reason I like him so much in it honestly. Everything else being so zany around him makes him stand out more. He's just a dude with a wicked lariat and a lead pipe, but I may be equally as biased as you for that kind of 'out-of-place regular dude' energy. As silly as talking about 'balance' or tiers are for MvC3 considering how imbalanced the game is, I think he's also fairly underated as a decidedly mid-tier character in it too. With the right team all it takes is a stray pipe hit to take a character out.

Entirely agree, I think we could stand to not have Honda or Dhalsim in every game (I say this as a Honda main in 6) if it means getting any of the Final Fight character in.

She's also my favourite SF character but she will look so butt ugly in the new artstyle i'm already dreading it. The only character in SFVI who look good to me are Mai Shiranui and Ken at certain angles, and that's despite SFVI artstyle being hideous and not because of it.

It's really unfortunate that 6 is the best looking 3D SF by comparison, as 4 and 5 were also pretty damn ugly (5 especially, Jesus Christ). Some characters are fine in 6, then others are pretty janked up. It also depends on the particular angle or shot I think too. Ryu looks really good in his lvl3 animation, but then on the character select screen he just looks off.

I thought IV's artstyle was alright.
