DMC has a legacy with 6 (yes, 6. I like DMC2) cool games with an immense amount of replay-ability and love put into them that I am perfectly content if we never get a new Dernte. I think it's less of Capcom execs not seeing the point of it and moreso a lot of the teams that would normally be in charge of developing a new DMC just don't wanna do it. Which is fine. Especially with the new Netflix show I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of folks at Capcom would prefer that to just carry the DMC clout for the time being. DMC is too big to not get a new installment someday but I don't think we should be gloomy about it. I don't think Capcom really "forgot" anything but moreso just their devs want to make new things and not do Viewtiful Joe 3 without the original guy who made the character involved (and ofc pumping out RE9 Remake/SF/MH for the $$$. Ofc if it's $$$ worthy they'll do whatever they want with the thing, and DMC is only $$ worthy) [/QUOTE]
