It is a difficult choice but I would have to go with Ridge Racer Type 4: a masterclass in arcade racing, style, and OST.

Having a unique character story to follow determined by difficulty is such a unique idea for a racing game and, to add to that, different dialogue depending on your race-ending position! It also has a ton of unlockable content in the form of vehicles of which I have still never fully obtained after a ton of playtime.

One day I will complete all the challenges but, man, are they difficult!
