what's your anger stress games that you go to.

To blow off steam I would say my most recent games for that would have to be Helldivers 2 and Warhammer 40K Darktide. Playing one of those while having Strawberry playing a mix of In Flames, Korn, Sevendust, and Mudvayne. You will soon forget about those feelings and start feeling a relaxing adrenaline.

Driving about on need for speed at reckless speeds does it for me lol

In Flames, Korn, Sevendust, and Mudvayne.
Hell fucking yes to all of those bands, but especially to In Flames. ?
If you haven't heard them, The Halo Effect made of ex-In Flames members are also putting out some really cool stuff. It's like double In Flames!

Also, Anders features absolutely shred, and this one of my faves

Sometimes I feel like,

I am the pain.

The Musou genre in general, killing a whole 1.000.000 men army while doing awesome combos helps you to relax a lot.

hmmm i'd probably go play an easy game of project diva or maybe pokemon pinball on gba ><

i find myself playing pinball a lot just to pass the time

Depends, sometimes musou games or sometimes stardew/harvest moon/rune factory for repetitive tasks

SVC Chaos, Crystal Shrine stage.
Just sit there and do Guile stuff.
Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.

Any of the first three Halo games.

I usually just play the campaigns or just roam around an MP map fooling around. Something about walking aimlessly in an empty map calms me down lol. Coagulation is an honorable mention.

I tend to gravitate towards more relaxing games when i'm in a bad spot, some of my mainstays are Tower Unite and House Flipper. I really get into customization elements in games, especially when relating to interior design, and both of those have plenty of creative opportunities. Plus I just like hanging around in an open social space like in Tower and playing games and such. I find that I need to be in a good/neutral headspace to be able to enjoy more intensive games, otherwise I just sorta crash.

Alternatively, Rock Band drums. A great substitute for living in an apartment and lacking a real kit! Racing games are a safe bet as well.

Sims 1 so I can hurt the sims, gives me joy. Celeste and Garlic because I find that the challenge lets me forget about shit.

it must be KOF, I keep a weekly session going, 97, 98, 99 or 2000, the best stress buster for me.

Probably Skate 2/3 if I want something I don't have to think about and want to relax.

That said, I can always boot up my 200+ hour save in FFX from like 2005 and grind a few hours or attempt the lightning dodging challenge (which I am almost 100% sure I will never legitimately accomplish).

Even blitzball can be a chill time if you know how the exploit works lmao

Casual response, but Suika game and Yume Nikki. Also Yume Nikki fangames since you can play both in your browser (perfect for when you're stressed but not at home I guess lol)

It's arcade racing games for me. Ridge Racer Revolution and Ridge Racer Type 4 especially, because the music is absolutely banging. Sometimes I even watch the entire intro for R4, and I don't do that with a lot of games.

Team Fortress 2, Demoman style.
Kabooooom!

And maybe some Yakuza 0

Sonic heroes, whenever I get jumpscared by its bad game design, it overwhelms all my other emotions.
