Listen to music or play a simple game until I fall asleep.
I've got a daki too, it's easy to take the mick out of them or mark them as some of the most depraved merchandise an someone can have but it's genuinely therapeutic and has helped my sleep tremendously ever since getting used to one.Pass out on my drawing tablet or hug my body pillow till i sleep. Usually the first one![]()
Honestly same, I can't sleep without something in-between my legs so i like my daki all snuggled on me. I can't sleep without it, I should get a sleep mask since the small red lights on my stuff tend to annoy me sometimes.I've got a daki too, it's easy to take the mick out of them or mark them as some of the most depraved merchandise an someone can have but it's genuinely therapeutic and has helped my sleep tremendously ever since getting used to one.
I always had to hug plushies as a kid to sleep better due to what I've got, so it felt like a natural evolution.
So that thing that i remember seen in some cartoons actually works?Similar, but i drink cup of cold milk. It's great for sleep.
I envy you — my brain actually resists sleep because it doesn't wanna lose the plot when I try that.listening to a audio book until i fall a sleep
Happens to me somewhat with videogames but i pass out of sleep anyways.I envy you — my brain actually resists sleep because it doesn't wanna lose the plot when I try that.
That would trigger massive anxiety for me... I can't conceive the idea of either dropping my phone or forgetting my console plugged in U.U!Happens to me somewhat with videogames but i pass out of sleep anyways.
It's more leaving my phone charged. I'm so used to videogames that's fine for me leaving them on but not leave the phone uncharged (thing that happens often.)That would trigger massive anxiety for me... I can't conceive the idea of either dropping my phone or forgetting my console plugged in U.U!
Yep — can't do that, either. It's more leaving my phone charged. I'm so used to videogames that's fine for me leaving them on but not leave the phone uncharged (thing that happens often.)
You have insomnia?Yep — can't do that, either.
Job requires being "on-call" a lot.
No, I sleep a ton.You have insomnia?
I have a pretty inconsistent sleep. I just pass out of sleep and wake up at whatever hourNo, I sleep a ton.
I just need a charged phone and data to do my job.
And your parents are cool with that? Lucky.I have a pretty inconsistent sleep. I just pass out of sleep and wake up at whatever hour
Yeah. Things in cartoons aren't as baseless as they seems. So that thing that i remember seen in some cartoons actually works?
My mother believes that i can manage my school duties myself without pressure from her and my father doesn't actually lives on my home anymore but often visits. And your parents are cool with that? Lucky.
Cool.Yeah. Things in cartoons aren't as baseless as they seems.
That's cool, dude.My mother believes that i can manage my school duties myself without pressure from her and my father doesn't actually lives on my home anymore but often visits.

That's a really healthy approach, TBH.View attachment 193508
I kill off any electronics 2hrs before I drop. Last minute chores, getting stuff ready for work, shower then zzz
Far, I look up too and respect you deeply, could you tell me why when I look into your precious memento, the void stares at me back with a intermittent gaze like something profound and heavy is about to strike my soul?View attachment 193508
