What’s a licensed property game that’s official, but doesn’t feel like it is?

For me, two games come to mind. There’s also more games that come to my mind, but im just focusing on these two games.

Shrek on the original Xbox is a fever dream. It doesn’t look or feel like Shrek at all. It feels like this game was supposed to be a completely different game before they decided to acquire the Shrek license. Most of the characters from the film aren’t in the game and it has bizarre levels that don’t seem to fit in with Shrek.

Another game is, SpongeBob: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman. The game is so poorly made that it feels like it’s some amateur fangame or a fever dream. The locations from the show aren’t accurately depicted in the game, and the characters look very uncanny. It also kinda gives off ominous vibes because of it’s poorly made nature.

Boogerman for the Mega Drive always felt like an elaborate bootleg to me. The game is so pointlessly shallow and basically earns its own justification for existing from toilet grade humor.

Darkened Skye on GameCube.

It's technically a licensed SKittles video game, but features almost 0 actual references. Bat shit insane.

Literally look at this and explain to me how the fuck this has anything to do with Skittles?

On the opposite side of quality, that Treasure made a Genesis McDonald's game and it is a level of quality drastically higher than it has any right to be

I just had a nightmare where there was this massive online game that had a "battle royale" mode that featured Marvel Heroes, DC Heroes, Goku, Rick and Morty, Aliens, Transformers, Naruto, El Chapulin Colorado and Jar Jar as a Sith.

But there is no way a game like that exists, next thing you will tell me is that there is an action RPG featuring Disney characters made by the Final Fantasy guys and the story is Star Wars-levels of deep with Dark Forces, a sect of legendary warriors using swords, interplanetary travel with Space Ships, and a 3rd entry that was in development hell.

But when it comes to actual games that exist, Piglet's Big Game is a big example, imagine way back in the 2000s when you give little Jimmy this game, and music that plays is THIS:
