(What should I draw next?) Obscure Characters Request Vol. 1

I am trying to get a stable drawing routine going and draw at least a sketch per day.

I genuinely adore this community and want to hear your suggestions on what characters would you like me to make some fan art of.

Videogames, Manga, Etc. The most obscure and niche the better. I don't mind more than one suggestion per reply but I will specially lean on those people are personally the most passionate about. I would love to read about the characters and your own opinions about them and it may even convince me to read or play the source material.

I will make more posts like this again but there is only going to be from one to three of these every month.

Wild Woody. His game is terrible to actually play, but I still find it charming despite the many flaws. However the music and cutscenes are definitely the biggest reasons to check it out.

I can go super obscure, but I would like to first know if you are okay with drawing chibi mecha.

But just in case you aren't, I'll go with Zen Kubota from Zanki Zero: Last Beginning, since that's probably the most obscure choice I can think of otherwise. It's a game by the team behind Danganronpa, but I personally liked it a lot more than Danganronpa. Honestly, while the gameplay can be frustrating, I really do love the story of that game. Like... everyone is very messed up mentally in this game due to their past, and Zen was one of the characters who really stood out to me in that game.

Like, he's a bit of an ass at times, but it becomes so understandable when you learn his backstory. Also he has some of the funniest dialogue in the game.

I guess I brainfarted or didn't read the full post so I forgot to add why I love these characters lol. I just think Kappei is a ton of fun, a silly lil guy who is quick to adapt to different sports and master them, and his relationship with the female lead is honestly refreshing. Chie is just really fucking charming and has a ton of great expressions. Perfect slice of life character. She feels more real and fleshed out than most anime characters, and you feel for her struggles.

I think it would be cool if you drew Jim the Knight from Hydlide.

I don't know why, but I have a fascination with this guy. There is very little artwork of him online with most of it being either this art from the cartridge or his in game sprite. Please, feed my unhealthy hunger for this character by drawing him.

Let's get the first three comments out of the way first. My time ran out and I need some sleep.

Tom & Jerry (1940) is one of the greatest of all time, there is nothing else to be said. I decided to take some liberties and try something new with this one.

I never had the chance to see Fat Albert and The Cosby Kids but I know it was really important for a lot of people and it truly breaks my heart that this character legacy is forever stained by that bastard voice. It was fun to draw this body type but I think I could have done a better job exaggerating the proportions.

Wild Woody... I'm not ashamed but I'm not particulary proud, either way I'm pretty sure I should have drawn the pencil (?) longer.

From now on I'll pick what to draw based on personal preference. I hope to see more suggestions in here, the more the better. Thank you all for your time!

Arianrhod from the Trails series!

My God I just love her to death. From her design to her lore to her personality, it just oozes... elegance, coupled with some badassery. Her over the top armor design is one of my favorite in the series and her ridiculously large lance just complements it neatly! But aside from her armor, I love her casual outfit even more. It just defines the word "gentle" and I love it!

I also love her relationship with her students/apprentices, being kind of like a mother figure to the three unruly girls. Her status as one of the toughest characters in the series's lore (and also one of the toughest boss fights) is also a really nice detail that makes me love her more.
