My First Racing Game I've played is the Road Fighter (FC, 1985) on the FunStation a.k.a. PolyStation which was a Famiclone but with a PS1 Slim case but the game is official despite that the Copyright was removed on pirate multicarts.

Yeah If I'm honest, thanks to Gran Turismo I passed my driver's license examination because I learned to drive a car in this game.

Yes it was very primitive looking back now, but back then with the steering wheel and shifter my 5 year old self felt like Speed Racer.

It came out in 1974, and it is considered in all respects the VERY FIRST racing game in video gaming history...

For me it was Rad Racer on the NES. I believe a cousin had it and we played it a bunch whenever I came to visit.

And also that the game could only be played by 2 players in competitive but for the time it was not so bad for a 1980 racing game.

Either Namco Pole position or one of the Sega super scaler( outrun, Hang- on, etc ), also remember a rather old one with graphics that looked like tv static, it had a green formula car... All of those played in the arcades in the late eighties early nineties.
