I played it through the 9999999-in-1 from FunStation which is a Famiclone with PS1 Slim case and also that's the most common game to find in these multicarts as well and also that the title screen is modified and even the copyrights removed but still it's a 100% official game anyway.

It looks good to be the first game in the Crash Bandicoot series although the Crash 2 and 3 are better in my opinion.

I was ready for it to not count :)
My back up was Miner 2049er. Still no scrolling but as platformer as you can get.

Pitfall was first though.
