Well my First Game of this genre is possibly this one:
Bueno, mi Primer Juego de este género es posiblemente este:

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GC, 2006)

I guess for me it must have been Ocarina of Time! It was my first Zelda, as well, and one of the first games I owned for the N64.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for N64 is an amazing game and at the same time the top-rated Zelda game.

I don't remember which game it was, but I don't remember if it was an NES game. I ventured into those spaceship shooting games.

No idea if this could be considered as such nowadays but for me it was Mario Bros 1 for NES that i played in the 80's. Since we have to save the princess through 8 different lands i believe it could be set as adventure.

The GBA port of A Link to the Past if i recall correctly
The GBA version of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is a pretty good port of the Super Nintendo Version that the base version itself is an amazing game.

Although the Extra/Bonus game that is the Four Swords I have not been able to play it because it requires up to 4 players to play the game.

Mine was Bully Scholarship edition for the Xbox 360. Still one of my favorite games. Might try out the PS2 version to try the og experience.

Well, although Super Mario Bros. is like a Platform game with Quest elements to rescue the 7 Toads who were kidnapped by Bowser's Clones in Worlds 1 to 7 until finding Princess Peach who was kidnapped by the Real Bowser in World 8.

Gauntlet on the NES, maybe.
I've played it and it looks good like in the Arcade version but it's a challenge to try to pass the 100 levels to destroy enemies, enemy shelters, find a key to exit and advance in level and also survive in the game.

I played this Bully/Canis Canem Edit game on PS2 and it's wonderful because it's like a kind of GTA but in the College.

I think for me; my first was technically the Legend of Zelda Wind Waker demo off of the Zelda Collectors Edition. But my first proper game in that genre I played beginning to end was Ocarina of Time (Off of that same collection lol).

I don't actually know the more I think about it. Maybe Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge?
As it is a Non-Linear Platform game (Rockman/Mega Man style) I don't know if it counts as an adventure game because the game is like Action Platformer.

Good game for the time but it is a challenge to pass the game, unless you have a guide to know the location of the levels due to the absence of the mini-map in the game.
I never beat it back then too, I only beat it in highschool with the one included on Metroid Zero Mission
