I played Eyes of Heaven. The gameplay is very meh but the interactions between the teams that you can make are very cool and mostly the selling point of the game. The original fighting game just fucking rules. Every single character is insanely fun to play as, and it got me to like a ton of the Stands that I never did otherwise (namely, Hol Horse's). My favourite character is probably Jotaro, but they're all gorgeously animated and move wonderfully. Great show! That was back when Capcom gave a hooey.
I also played the SNES RPG for like an hour or so. It's OK, but pretty simple... I don't really think Jojo is a series that lends itself well to the RPG format.
When I was a teenager, I desperately wanted to play the PS3 fighting game, but I didn't own a system it was on. One day, I'll buy the enhanced port for PS4.
Has anyone played that "Eyes of Heaven" arena brawler they did as a follow-up to the modern fighting game? Was that good? I never bought it because it looked very generic and I didn't like the team-up mechanic.
the PS2 vento aureo game engine was from auto modellistaI played Eyes of Heaven. The gameplay is very meh but the interactions between the teams that you can make are very cool and mostly the selling point of the game.
And my favorite Jojo games are Heritage for the future (the arcade/PSX one) and the part five game. The thing that I liked the most of the Vento aureo game was that there's secret factors if you replicate something that happens in the manga. And that every battle is somewhat different. Also Capcom made a new engine only for that game and I think they never used it again
the closest thing to that are the PS2 vento aureo game and HFTFHonestly Jojo really needs a good videogame along with berserk, those two series have massive potential for a video game adaptation.
i think that the only jojo parts that got a standalone proper game were phantom blood, stardust crusaders and vento aureoHonestly Jojo really needs a good videogame along with berserk, those two series have massive potential for a video game adaptation.
hftf was a good game, but the ps1 port was kinda lacking in some waysI play eyes of heave and i like it but my favorite jojos game is heritage for the future, i love the sprites of that game and the combos you can do!
