Speaking of the movie this scene in the LA remake is hilarious. Love how Bombastic and unsubtle it is to the original.

The same cover says so. 七つの秘館. Although I would take care with the direct translation, as the first kanji is the kanji for himitsu (secret) but the second one is the one you designate for plain building, so you need another kanji to give it an actual meaning. The standard word for mansion is teitaku, which does not mean mansion directly as we understand in west as a huge house with garden and other quality of life stuff. Also, do not confuse mansion with the direct transcription マンション (manshon), which means a condominium.

So the translation I would choose would be: The seven secret buildings.
