What is the name of this drink

What is the name of this drink and where to find a recipe to make it.

It's a drink from Rally's (Or Checkers if you live in that area) that they (probably if not definitely) no longer sell.

It could only be described as a blue raspberry slushie with some sort of cream and a gummy shark in it (like the ones you'd see at a gas station).

I love the fries at Rally’s — they’re really delicious and unique. I’m surprised no other fast food chain does their own thing with flavoured fries — surely that’s a goldmine?
