What is "Super Milk Chan"?

It was a comedy show. Basically, Super Milk Chan is a super hero but she does absolutely nothing of value every episode. The show was made in Japan of course, but the English dub adds a ton of American pop cultural references. The original was filled with Japanese pop culture, so I guess the change was inevitable in localization. Also, they added several minutes of the English dub staff messing around in skits before every episode. It was made by ADV, the same dub team behind Neon Genesis Evangelion.
All in all, I like the show and its English dub. The show was never meant to be taken serious. So just relax and enjoy the show.
