You don't understand the underlying issue. Words that acutely and accurately describe issues are now 'slurs' and no-no words. Control what people say and you'll control what they think. If a bad word makes you spiral then I have no idea how you made it to adulthood.

With that said, it's not like I want RGT to turn into slur central. If you know of any terms that accurately describe anything that's extremely stupid without going for the ol' reliable AND they have the same payload then I'm all ears. I'll be happy to expand my repertoire.

On one hand I know that I shouldn't be making a response like this since despite some notions to the contrary the forum is a rather private space all things considered and as such it is beholden to Spike's wishes and I came here with a full understanding of that. I've known and willingly accepted said rules way back in Nicoblog days and I continue to do so.

On the other hand if we keep going this way we won't be able to call people stupid because that's going to be a 'slur' soon. Some people need to hear the hard truth. It is what it is and desperately trying to soften the blow or not even deal it in the first place is not the road to take.

Than also stop using the word Fat Idiot stupid and dumb plenty of people born dumb yet we still use it as a insult same with slow there are people genuinely slow.

Words do have a reason to exist but sure you can have your own opinion and I do have mine and I continue to use the full English language as intended.

i only use vc if there is a someone on our team clearly tilted so i can play up my stupidity and get yelled at, nothing makes me smile more. maybe im part of the problem

I never used voice chat, I'd also mute games and rather listen to something else.

Being soft and clean 100% of the time is awful.
As @Clippy said it builds charcter, and if we are being honest, most people are lacking of that.

I don't nessecarily think that everywhere needs to be 4chan, but people DO benefit from exposure to slurs and bad and offensive language.

More than just the language, but differing opinions and perspectives. Think of it this way, if [ IDEOLOGY ] was really wrong, misinforned, dumb or harmful.
Then why not expose people to it?
Why not show people it's fallicies and let them conclude on their own that it is erroneous or ill-informed?

But if people continue to be blanketed from these words and ideas then how do you expect them to form their own proper opinion and perspectives on the matter? Then how can they trully become proper adults?
