I'm rarely a completionist but in some games I want to collect everything. The newest game like that for me is Bakeru. I like this game a lot.

The only one I did that on was The Last Of Us.

I'm almost ashamed of how much time I spent getting comics, Firefly pendants and other things.
Somehow I have The Last of Us Part 2 at 100% on PS4 but I only have The Last of Us Remastered at like 9% or something.. I always miss one of those little side conversations with Ellie.

As for the topic at hand though, I always try to get 100% of the content finished in most Final Fantasy games, minus having like 100 of every single item because that's too much for me. Digimon World games are another I aim for as well but that is an honest timesinker.

Any Monster Hunter games, all of them always have that crazy secret bosses that you can fight after finishing the story and all the side-quest. It does requires a lot of farming but I don't really mind since it's Monster Hunter (it's inevitable). AND because of Palico's outfits and armor, I mean just look at them

Good thread. Mainly GTA and platformer games like Ratchet, Jak, Pac-Man, crash bandicoot, ape escape, etc.

Collectathons like Ratchet and Clank or Banjo-kazooie. Also Survival horrors like the RE games or some Open worlds games like sleeping dogs. And in terms of getting every achivement (100%) any game that doesn't have online ones ?

I'm kind of like this with every game I play to be honest. I'm especially bad about platformers where I will even try and grab every single coin/ring, etc. in the level, and Final Fantasy games where I absolutely MUST get all equipment, get all items, max out levels/stats, and kill all optional bosses. In fact, at some point I'm going to try one of those "perfect save" challenges I've seen for certain games in the franchise like FF 7 and FF 10.

I am a completionist through and through for better or for worse.

I usually 100% games I like as a completionist, especially if there is a reward for doing it. My favorite thing is always having a 100% file and especially for RPGs so I can look back and see the work that was rewarded throughout the grinding and struggles (like my FF VII file haha).
