i think its clear what I'm asking, the 90s and early 2000s had the most dub anime collection in history and with that they also dubbed the music, as an Arab who grew in the middle east watching Space toon (our equivalent to toonami) the dub studios went above and beyond making good DUB Openings too not only the show itself, and there is a sea of them but im gonna choose only 5 to show you and id love for you to share what's your favorite dubbed Openings
( i just wanna mention that one of the things that i really appreciate our dub team was not only making the music sound good but also making the lyrics resonate with us as kids, Arabic is a poetics language that you can express your emotion thro it in soo many ways and that what these opening did, you can hear it in they rhymes even if you didn't understands the language and i wanted to share it with you)

This one is in Spain spanish but for me one example is the Saint seiya inferno opening in Spain
Here's the japanese one ⬇️
Also the Bakugan Battle Brawlers opening in English
Is a lot different than the japanese one but is kinda memorable.
And for last the english opening for Stella Glow

The opening for Tales of Vesperia's english localization was sung by the same artist who did the original one but since the translated lyrics are so different it's considered a completely different song. The full version is over 4 mins but here's the shortened opening version

Here's the original for comparison

OK, hear me out: A lot of Italian anime OP/ED songs are awesome. Listen to this Kirby one, which sounds more J-poppy than the Japanese version:

Or this infamously-good one for Urusei Yatsura, which sounds like a '70s country-pop song:

Or even this Doraemon one, which has been covered and re-covered again and again by loads of different artists (and for the Italian release of Stand by Me Doraemon):

Italy's pop music industry syncs up well with Japan's, so I think a lot of the people dubbing these shows understood what the original music was going for and tried to do their best to match it. I'd say they did a very good job!

this masterpiece

I thought the ADV anime dubs were generally high quality. I particularly liked their voice actors for Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Aside from that, as many have posted, the Latin American dubs were often superior to the English dubs. I was able to compare them with the Toonami dubs and it often shocked me how poorly acted the English dubs were.

[bunch of Korean anime dub ops]

Is there a chance you know where to find Korean dubs? I'm trying to learn Korean and it would make sense watching some anime in it. Official streaming sites verify if you are in Korea and stuff like nyaa barely has anything and basically no seeders.

Anyways, I just started watching Ouran High School Host Club for the first time and I find they did a fine job with the English opening.

Yeah, we had Space Toon for a few years, but the channel was then overtaken by Net.tv (by netmarble) due to lack of audience, and just ended up gone from the broadcasting sphere

Oh hell yeah I was literally gonna mention spacetoon but you beat me to the punch!

All the Hispanic OPs are amazing. I regularly relisten to LATAM versions of DBZ songs. They’re so nice and cozy to listen to. Beautiful voices. <3
