Yeah just googled it, looks good and is not too hard to learn it seems. I'm adding it to my food backlog (tho I will probably have to replace the Ghee with something else).

That's cool, and yeah you can replace it with anything. I'll always eat it with either "Kuah Kari" and "Kuah Dhal"
