Sure they're not good for you but neither Is spending five to seven hours recording. But a bottle of cola Is also nice to have. For snacking I just get a sharing bag of soemthing that doesn't stick to your hands/teeth. Personally a bowl of pretzels and/or nuts are nice to have.
