WARNING magicx zero 40

hi friends so i was having a issue with my screen with the magicx zero 40 so i opened it up to re seat the screen cable incase that was the issue

well first that wasnt the issue but second and more importantly i had the battery unplugged wile working on it then when i put back together for some reason the chip next the battery connection got so insanely hot it started to melt the case

luckily i noticed fast and unplugged it again

i am reaching out to the makers and will update with there response

possible fire risk warning

Oh no! That looks like such a neat little handheld, too. I hope they'll supply a functioning replacement that lasts a long time. I'd love such a thing not just for DS games, but also vertical arcade games

ye thats what its designed for and why i wanted it

they currently have replied and think there is a faulty power chip a engineer is going to get back to me tomorrow so i guess ill have follow up then lol
