Yes since the early 2000s I was into many v-kei bands, these days I listen to a handful. Some of my favorite back then were Psycho le Cému, X JAPAN, the GazettE, 雅—miyavi—, ギルガメッシュ, D’espairsRay, 12012. These days I still listen to Phantasmagoia, 蜉蝣, UnsraW and regularly keep up with DIR EN GREY, and ムック.

Visual Kei isn't really my thing but I enjoy a few bands who are adjacent to the style.

There's one band I really like but since they were fond of displaying the so called windmill of friendship as a shock value marketing tactic I won't showcase them here.

I've been going through a deep Nagoya Kei binge, trying to find more in that Luna Sea style. Has been really fun.

for those unaware of the genra its basically japanese dudes making cool Castlevania music and dressing as gay as humanly possible but still managing to pull more tail than any of us ever will. Personally my tastes are pretty vanilla I like Malice Mizer and some of Moi dix Mois what about you fellas? do we like the Dracula music or no?

back then I even used to be vocalist
but as I live in tropic, we are rarely dressed v-kei, because it's dang hot here : ))

and this is one of newer band I like

my favorite are Gackt and Lunasea
I'm lucky can change my voice a bit, and I could copy their voice and vocal technique for some small degree.
but these two aint V-Kei anymore since eons ago,

other one is versailess, but I don't like the voice.
of course I'm also fan of X-Japan back then
