So I have been on this kick of discovering obscure or rare media pertaining game franchises such as the Saga run of manga and was wondering if anyone was aware of any franchises with media that has flown under the radar over the years. There are no dumb answers, suggestions, or rumors pertaining the topic. Thanks !!!!

Legend of Mana (PS1) and Ragnarok (online game) had manga published way back, I read the scanlations of a few chapter then I cannot find the updates anymore.

For comics:
Dylan Dog
Really old Italian horror comic that I love and hold dear to my heart, the first comic I ever collected and what kickstarted my comic/manga collection, it's one of those old black and white comics and it follows a villain of the week style story where every 3 issues form 1 self contained episode and they're typically collected in 3 issue books

Xenogears! It had a couple goofy mangas drop with funny slice of life short stories and also a short novel which recently received a fan translation. Pretty sure there's also similar stuff for Xenosaga but not for Xenoblade

kinda a prequel to SCIV where it kinda explains how the star wars came into the SC universe.

I don't know if this fits the definition of obscure, but not much gets said these days of the serial manga that appeared in Nintendo Power. Ninja Gaiden II (done entirely in watercolor), Super Metroid (first ever mention of Ridley killing Samus's parents), Super Mario World, and Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (highly recommended) were published over the course of multiple issues.

Holy smokes I need to get on finding that. Aside complete works I thought no other media existed. Thank you.
