Introduction
The following guide will teach you how to verbally say "sata andagi" and how to download a sound clip and use it on soundpad.
Attention: The following guide may cause vocal damage and will also be using audio from the hit anime "Azumanga Daioh!".
method one/The Osaka method
When saying "Sata Andagi" you have to create a high pitched sound and tongue the word out, I would also recommend listening to how Osaka says "Sata Andagi". I would also recommend watching the Azumanga sub so you can listen to how Osaka speaks, mastering "Sata Andagi" might take a while but in the end it will be worth it
Notice: This might be harder for men with deep voices to get out, so it might take a while for a male to master saying "Sata Andagi", but a female would have not trouble saying it.
I also recommend following Osaka's teaching's on how to live life, this will teach you how to be Osaka, how to see Osaka, how to think Osaka, and how to speak Osaka. In the end you will learn how to professionally say "Sata Andagi".

If you are like Tomo and a loser that can't say "Sata Andagi" then you should look into the steam app soundpad, It costs 5 dollars but the investment is worth it. Once the transaction is made you can begin method two and learn how to use "Sata Andagi".
Step one
First find a sound clip of Osaka saying "Sata Andagi", in this demonstration I while copy a youtube link of Osaka saying "Sata Andagi" and download it as a MP3 file.
