Game Gear TV Tuner, SEGA, and YOUUUUUUUUUUU!!!

(Serious):
Well, the Game Gear was a dandy little system, and as stated so many times...
it sucked down batteries like Dracula at a blood buffet.
I never had the TV adapter and never saw the point in it.
And the screen was, well, trash... ghosting more than a haunted house.

I agree, if they were to re-release it with current-day tech, it would be an absolute must-have gem, especially if they thinned it down a bit. As @Male Nerdity said, it was like holding a brick.
I wouldn't mind seeing a re-release of some of these old handhelds with new modern tech.

They would cost nearly nothing to remake, even redesigning the cases to be slimmer and more modern would still make money, due solely to the nostalgia factor alone.

In Brazil, the analog television signal ran until 2023-2025, according to what I saw on the internet. You could access your bank account with a cartridge and internet connection via the Megadrive in Brazil, through Telebradesco.

I've never owned a console and I've always used PCs/notebooks, but I think the Game Gear is cute, and the technology it had at the time is impressive. They relaunched the Game Gear recently with the Game Gear Mini, but it was a horrible idea because they turned the console into something tiny. At least the GG Aleste III game that comes with one of the console editions is good.

A reproduction of the Game Gear that emulates 8/16-bit games and why not arcade games would also be nice, you could put the 6 buttons that the Nomad had on it.
