We all have delusions how the grass is definitely greener elsewhere, anywhere but here.
We imagine ourselves in a world where we would live in contentment, where we believe things would be better.
Name at least two (but not restricted to) fictional worlds where you would love to exist in, and why.

For my choices, I would love to exist in the Mass Effect universe. Space exploration, Aliens, Biotics, yes please.
Second choice is Medabots. Battling with mini gundams always intrigues me.
My third choice would be something more humble, like Gravity Falls. Regular day to day ish with a lot more weird happenings going on more than usual.

I refrained from putting Pokemon because of how obvious that choice would be to most.

Wow, that's actually a really great question because there's so many world I wanted to explore

I'll start with Monster Hunter World (the title of the game or basically the whole world of Monster Hunter combined). Despite only having one objective (killing this monster and then the next) until the end, I've always wanted to just watch the natures and the monsters minding their own business, chilling everywhere with a camp, cats, "guild girls" and so much more

Would be cool to see what kind of world does Monster Hunter Wilds have

For my first choice I would love to live in the Dragon quest world specially in the one of the Erdrick trilogy because I could be a hero living epic adventures or at least an important NPC helping the heroes also the economy in the kingdom is pretty good and the menace of the archdemon is always defeated immediately so it's a very safe world.

My second choice would be the Grid of Tron. It would be awesome getting the oportunity to ride the Light Cycle and discover new things about a society made of computers programs. The only downside can happen if we are talking about the Grid of Tron Legacy and I am a user because I would get derezzed immediately

Since living in a regular videogame realistically would kill me, i pick Animal Crossing

Yeah uh, I think I'll stick to a game with a non-lethal environment like Animal Crossing too. I'm a huge fan of being alive after all.

I agree, life sucks. But the problem isn't the world. It's me.

So, I'd choose berserk. Because I'd die really fast.

Most of the game environments would suck to live in, to be honest. Who wants to live in the Mass Effect world with Reapers in them and humanity facing annihilation?

Even if I had super powers I'd find a way to fuck it up, so yeah. Maybe I'd be a Pokémon master, that seems like a safe profession.

I'm wearing my Diglett down on PokéMILFs and you can't stop me.

Alternatively, I dunno, Mario. Most conflict seems to be constrained to turtle-based royal kidnappings.

Possibly in Animal Crossing since you don't have to pay your mortgage right away and you can just run around your town/island whenever you want.

Either the Boku no Natsuyasumi, (My Summer Vacation) or Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Sumer Vacation since it's a really relaxed series.

The world of Lord of the Rings because of how beautiful it is (preferably after Sauron's defeat and during Aragorn's reign). The world of Dragon Ball would be another pick. You could train and become really strong especially with how strong some of the regular humans in the show are. I would just want to be my Xenoverse Saiyan character.

Two worlds...

The first would be Street Fighter/Final Fight, it seems to have all the amenities of our world, but organized crime is constantly being taken down by bodybuilders with ten foot vertical leaps. The only downside might be Darkstalkers being part of the same continuity, with Pyron showing up looking at the Earth like a six-piece combo.

For the second pick of the draft....Suikoden, because I'm never gonna find out what happens next in the story in this life. Would Suikoden 6 have been a rogue Howling Guild gunner following in the footsteps of the Sindar, and organizing a revolt of the people to unseat the Unchanging Emperor of Harmonia? Would Yuber make a surprise entreaty to your faction to help him kill his rival Pesmerga, a cosmological end to the status quo of Sword and Shield, coinciding with your overthrow of Harmonia's colonialist empire? WOULD THERE BE A THIRD *VIKI*!!?

Phantasy Star definitely.

And Disgaea. I want to be an overlord. Or overlady I guess.
Can I be your overlord ::blush

My only criteria for isekai reincarnation after meeting truck-kun is reincarnating into a world with standardized indoor plumbing.

With regard to 'Boku no Natsuyasumi', I saw a video on YouTube where it appeared in a compilation of 'traumatic events' and I was surprised (given the innocence of the game), but basically, from what I recall, if the player uses a trick to excessively extend the summer vacation, it's as if the game punishes you by turning your experience into a terrible and inescapable nightmare.
