Well, Tomb Raider 2 was made when the original team wasn't burnt out on Tomb Raider and wanting to murder Lara off.

I'm kinda partial to Underworld myself, though...

Underworld is quite underappreciated imo. I think that along with Legend it was quite a nice transition from the PS1 puzzle-centric era to modern consoles.
