Time to name and shame

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel because it is like 90% dedicated to online vs real players, and the Yu-Gi-Oh! meta rips all fun out of the game. It has single-player stuff, but you don't get nearly as many rewards as you would online.

I can only think of other games I don't like because I don't really enjoy their genre, not because the games themselves are necessarily bad.

Military shooters like COD & Battlefield.
Most fighting games like Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter.
I really didn't get into PalWorld, but I think that's mostly because I hate survival mechanics. It's the same main reason I don't like 7 Days to Die either.

Dude Mobile Game Slop! Complete junk. I have shown countless people about our dear lord and savior emulators just off my sheer hatred for mobile games.

Gotta go with "Lost Word of JeNnY: Ushinawareta Message" for Famicom. It's a terrible platformer with putrid visuals - even for a 1987 Famicom title, some of the worst combat I've ever experienced in a video game, and an overworld that gives you the illusion of choice.

Can't think of another game that I absolutely hated playing.

GBC
Animorphs (no saving, uses passwords instead, battles make no sense compared to Pokemon, mini games suck. You die in mini games, you get game over and have to restart the entire game.)
Warriors of Might and Magic (clunky controls, terrible jump, terrible hit detection)
Earthworm Jim: Menace 2 The Galaxy (collecting every single thing without dying and with no saves)

N64
Blues Brothers 2000 (Banjo Kazooie wanna be ass game, another game where you have to collect it all and have to restart when you die. yellow music notes too. HMMMMMMM)

GBA
Crusin' Velocity (terrible control, terrible framerate, no music, ugly even for GBA, wall sticking, so many better options when it comes to racing on GBA)

Gamecube
Universal Studios Theme Park Adventure (picking up trash in this game to get points is beyond tedious. Mini games are mostly bad. Jurassic Park one is kinda fun. Biff doesn't sound like Biff in BTTF.)

I just looked up a longplay of that game, and it's literally "we have Banjo-Kazooie at home" lol

Yeah, what on earth were they thinking with the whole "pick up trash so you can ride the attractions" thing? If I'm playing a game that is supposed to simulate the experience of being in Universal Studios, then I expect to be able to participate in the attractions right from the get-go. Hell, even "Adventures in the Magic Kingdom" on NES let you ride the attractions almost immediately after starting the game. You aren't forced into doing the quizzes.

Objectively the worst one I've bought and played was X7, the one I absolutely despise the most and genuinely want my money back for is Nirvana Initiative.

to be honest if you want to find the worst game ever you don't need to look much farther than early access steam titles.

i played wurm online back in the day and couldn't get into it. everything was very complicated and slow, i liked the idea but the execution was utterly repellent to me. the disparity between how much i wanted to like it and how dull it felt to play makes it one of the biggest gaming disappointments i can recall at this moment.

oh, digimon world 4 was a big one. what the hell was that about?

Reading your comment i think it's not a skill issue but rather brain issue
