This is one of those NES games you don't believes exists until you see a cartridge.

It is not bad for being an FC/NES game like Breakout & Arkanoid, although it is completely based on the arcade version since the arcade version is vertical (240x384) while the FC/NES version is horizontal (256x224, 240 with underscan).
