Things to do in Southern Norway?

I'm gonna be visiting Fredrikstad Norway in January and was wondering if anyone has been in the area or lives there who can suggest things to do and see, the Old Town is the big thing on my list.

Start a very kvlt Satanic black metal band that is very pro Norway and yet simultaneously complain about Norway and what the country stands for these days wishing you could go back to the Viking days of yore. Blame immigrants and Christians on why Norway sucks now. Burn down old stave churches to make your point. Don't worry about getting caught. Norwegian prisons are quite comfortable compared to North American ones. Make sure you pray and tell Odin what an ignorant piece of Nationalistic shit you are and remind him that he sacrificed his eye for the runes so you could not bother reading anything and get all your ideas and beliefs from parroting right wing extremist talking points from the youtubes... If all else fails, talk a bunch of smack about the Swedes even though you secretly admire their superior musicianship. ;)
