So, certain grey plastics are prone to a particular chemical reaction over time where it slowly turns yellow. This especially affects the OG PlayStation and the subject of this thread: the Super Famicom/Nintendo Entertainment System. I have seen many such poor systems in my time. While it can be fixed, it’s fair to assume the majority (60%?) of the systems that are effected stay effected forever… slowly yellowing into oblivion. This thread is for those poor souls.
