It came out on PS4, so I was wondering if anyone else plays it?

Yeah, I’ve played it on PS4. It’s actually a pretty interesting experience, especially considering how it runs on that platform. The performance is decent overall, though there are occasional frame-drops and minor bugs depending on the area or mission. Still, the gameplay mechanics are solid, and the story has some unique twists that kept me engaged. I’ve noticed a few people in the community talking about it lately, so it’s nice to see others discovering it too.

 

[Octopus]

I played it back at launch for a couple months or so. I'm not the biggest fan of the genre but it was free and I'm only mildly brainrotted by Marvel so I figured why not. It was pretty good, but I'm by no means a tryhard comp player or anything and was playing it pretty casually. Some of the characters had some cool kits, others were maybe just a little off-character but they were reasonably balanced with only a few outliers that I noticed (Moon Knight, Hela off the top of my head but apparently they've both been nerfed since). It's doubled down on team comps even more than something like Overwatch with the rotating Team-Up abilities that buff two characters if they're both on the same team. Some of them were kinda meh but there were quite a few absolute meta picks back when I was playing, like Hulk+Iron Man or Spider-Man+Squirrel Girl. No idea whats meta now, I got tired of the game just after Mr. Fantastic dropped.

I don’t play right now, but mainly because my brothers love Overwatch so I’ll play it with them, and it took up a lot of hard drive space.

I love playing Iron Man so much. Except when meeting a good Spider-Man. The. It’s survival horror.
Grinded out the Superior suit before I took a break. It’s not quite as elegant as the comic variant but it feels real nice in-game still with how slick the silver and blue makes him.
