I have played the NES version of this game!
It was pretty good!
I didn't know there's a MegaDrive version too!

For some reason the Game is completely in English.

It's a Western game in the first place. This is just the Japanese release.

Dude the box art shows 2 illegal moves in kickbox matches. The guy on left attackts the eyes, and the other guy attack between his legs lolol.

This is actually a port of the Amiga game which is the sequel to that Andre Panza Kick Boxing game that was also released on TurboGrafx-16 (which got a PC-Engine CD port under The Kick Boxing name.

Honestly, the Japanese and Korean/Asian title of the game suits it better than the Western title that for some reason put Karate instead of Kick Boxing.
