As far as I was aware, there was always some rights issue with licensed music that prevented most of The Drew Carey Show from being available through entertainment formats like streaming and DVD. Season 1 being the only previous DVD release until 2025.
It has come to my attention recently though, that there is an official YouTube channel that has been uploading episodes of the show on a regular basis for free.

It looks like some select episodes are still unavailable due to rights issues, but most of the first 4 seasons are currently available, and they have started uploading season 5 at the time of posting.
*I haven't seen this show in a long while, but being a sitcom that aired from the mid-90s to the mid-2000s, there's a good chance some of it won't hold up under modern sensibilities ::sailor-embarrassed

I loved the Halloween episodes to death. Was a fairly decent late 90s sitcom that didn't try to be more than it was and I appreciate it. Also loved the second theme song, Cleveland Rocks (which I feel fit the show much better than "Moon Over Parma" and "Five O Clock World")

I do remember it being a fun show, it's just been a while since I've seen it ::sailor-embarrassed I'm sure I watched a LOT more of Whose Line? back in the day

Cleveland Rocks was definitely the best, although Moon Over Parma was still catchy. I don't remember the other one

Best part is Mimi as a go-go dancer
Ok, I do remember this now! It feels more like a time-lapse montage within an episode than an actual regular title sequence
