It seems Stargod translation released The Blue Crystal Road for SNES a few months back.

Story:
After many harsh (some might even say "unfair") ordeals, the Golden Knight Gilgamesh and the Oracle of Ishtar Ki have at last defeated the demon Druaga and escaped from his accursed Tower! Unfortunately, their problems are far from over. Though they've recovered the stolen Blue Crystal Rod, not only must they now must find a way to return it to heaven so it can bring peace to the world again, their long journey will have been for naught if they don't convince the gods of humanity's worth through their actions along the way. But this tale is one with many endings. How – and whether – Gil and Ki complete their quest is in your hands!

Developed by Game Studio and published by Namco for the Super Famicom in 1994, The Blue Crystal Rod is the fourth and (canonically) final game in the Tower of Druaga series, the "Babylonian Castle Saga". A drastic departure from the notoriously cryptic action games that preceded it, The Blue Crystal Rod is instead a story-driven adventure game whose biggest selling point is its broadly-branching storyline, with 48 different endings. Officially, none of these is considered the "true ending"; players were invited to treat their personal favorite as the conclusion to the story.
