I start my story started with my mother said that I have a dresser full of DVDs I am watching my favorite movies I was traumatized after I discovered there are several programs that It has heavy backstage

I remember when I was little I pushed a game disc (not a DVD, but close enough) down my finger. It was almost stuck, but I did barely manage to pull the disc off my finger.

Another story I have is that my father said before he passed away that I watched a cartoon called Clifford but I don't remember that my parents always loved me and showered me with gifts from enemies on my birthday. It was in Ben 10 when I was a kid

I started collecting them again a few years ago as an alternative to streaming services. Honestly? Despite having a chunky collection now I've probably spent less than I would have subscribing to all of the services the movies were on for all of those months I wanted to watch any of them. Super cheap to pick up around my area and further out, especially in charity stores. The quality is surprisingly good as well for the vast majority I have too, although I did need to seek out alternate runs of my favorites online (like The Running Man) because the versions I picked up originally were unwatchable.

Oh, you mean Clifford the big red dog! I also watched that when I was younger, respects to you by the way.

Why do you respect me when I'm just a wandering lover From physical media that only had a great childhood

Why do you respect me? I'm just a weirdo who studied physics and only had a childhood.

I had 1000 DVD movies at some point.More than my Blockbuster store
Oh, how curious, I didn't know there were so many people who liked DVDs. I only had an entire dresser that my father bought for me to watch movies and I didn't have a DVD originally either. I only had a parallel DVD that marked my childhood. I just want to find a Tom and Jerry DVD that has that episode that has the Carmen Miranda song that marked my childhood.

We only have DVD for Lord of The Rings trilogy and I Am Legend, no idea why dad bought 'em, we used to have a local rental place nearby and just pick stuff from there once every 2 weeks, they had Laserdisc, VHS, DVD etc.

Just listen to my second story and you will discover a lot of information about me.

First DVD I watched was The Shawshank Redemption, we borrowed a DVD player and that film from somone so we could see the difference between that and VHS, I remember being blown away haha.

I remember the DVD player being some big Panasonic thing haha, this was in the early days of DVDs.

I used up all of the five chances changing the DVD drive region on my old laptop so I could rip UK imports like Ken Russel's Gothic (1986) and some other import DVD's. When DVD was new my family were still using VHS, so much so that the first time I saw the first LOTR film outside the theatre it was on VHS.
