That's actually a title hack of a proper Final Fantasy IX GBC bootleg, changing it's name to 太空战士DX3-最终幻想 for some reason, but the rest of the game was kept intact. You can find more games like that in Handheld Underground! * the actual release date is unknown

Despite being a bootleg, it's a completely different version from the PS1 version Because the GBC version is a 2D Platformer version while the PS1 version is a JRPG.
