I'm looking for a tablet that I can play PSP and GBA games on, so which tablet should I buy? It can't be too expensive, 2000 kr but can go up to 2300 kr.
I'm going to use it in the morning when I get up and on holiday trips, of course I'm going to use it when I have nothing to watch on TV or if I'm taking a break from playing on Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.

I'm not judging your personal preference but I cannot imagine being able to play PSP and GBA games on a tablet. I have no idea how you could play it to begin with so I don't wanna imagine that lol.

There are lots of devices, like fake PSP shaped ones that allow you to play these games. However best way I know is using Steam Deck for overall "on the go" emulator experience, so IDK it has buttons to make video game experience easier for my taste. Then to play games decently on a tablet you need to connect gamepad or something damn.

I would only play NDS/3DS games on a tablet, otherwise touch screen is weird. I mean how to play a game when your fingers covers the screen already? lol

I can't afford the Steam Deck because it's too expensive, costs around 9000 NOK. I already have a 3DS to play DS and 3DS games on, I could buy a PSP console but it has too small a screen.

I think you need a Snapdragon processor in the tablet. The emulators work best with these processors. Take a look at the Samsung tablets they are not bad for something like that .

What Samsung tablets do you recommend? It can't be too expensive.

Why not budget phone like Infinix Smart 8 it can run even a Dreamcast games this phone can. Handle PSP and gba (prove I play GTA vice city with PS2 assets mod on psp it run perfect)

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Is good
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Isn't bad either
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is good
These are good devices and not that expensive but you have to compare the exact prices yourself because they vary.

I have a mobile phone but it has a too small screen and I want a bigger screen when I play PSP and GBA games.

Can this play PSP and GBA games?

"Can" is one thing but being able to play a game without slowdown is one thing. For this reason I ignored emulation in phones back then so I bought dedicated portable devices for "on the run decent emulation" and then bought a Steam Deck eventually. For example even PS2 is not good enough to emulate even SEGA Genesis games due to slowdowns; which is primary issue other than graphical glitches, game crashes or doesn't even run at all. You wouldn't wanna play a game with slowdowns and it's worse than low frame-rate in PC games. So what matters here is a device can emulate the games without slowdown, not if they can even emulate it. So many devices can emulate but not many can without slowdowns due to CPU and/or GPU not being appropriate for emulation.

I know that but I can't afford the Steam Deck it costs around 9000 kr and I'm not rich. I can only afford 2000 kr since I use it as pocket money and can go up to 2300 kr since my parents can help me with a little extra money if needed.

I'm not really trying to sell you Steam Deck lol, but I'm sure you have 2nd hand market in your country that you can catch a cheap AF Steam Deck which this is how I bought mine!!! But then if you are against the "used product" idea then yeah the options got limited here. Then as far as I know best Samsung tablets and whatnot for decent PSP emulation without slowdowns are expensive ones so back then I even gave up buying a smartphone and play games with its gamepad so it was a good decision to buy Steam Deck and it really worths every penny. Still, no Steam Deck advertizement here lol.

IDK how your economy is so cannot say if you can even afford these tablets then. Then I invite you to thinking you may need to get a job/save more money or start selling something to buy a device that worths every penny because slowdowns in emulator is a headache lol. Or some christmas miracle happens and they sell a cheap fake PSP-like devices for even playing PSP games and whatnot previous-gen emulations without slowdown on 2nd hand market with a giant screen!!! There are lots of devices in 2nd hand market and some are very surprising lol.

It can run psp and gba games even the heavy ones is a good choice.

Thank you, I'll talk to my parents about buying it since I only have 2000 kroner as pocket money and they'll have to help me with some extra money.

that's around 170 eur, you will something that does that easily. Make sure you're not getting a no-brand tablet. For Samsung, even used ones are good, and since you can run emulators now on iPads, you'll be fine with a used iPad as well.

having a x205 (samsung tab a8) for emulation like this, that one is in range of your budget as well. It also does Dolphin

that's around 170 eur,
However currency conversation is not a way to convert local economy of countries because this is not point or usage of currency conversation. Currency conversation is simply market trade value between X and Y currency so it's just about how much X currency people are willing to trade to get Y currency and vice versa. It's like people trading their own local stone with stones from other countries by making price based on the amount of stones logic.

When countries using American Dollar and Euro what we see is products are adjusted for their local economy with a little currency conversation's negative effect between them so Samsung and Apple products may be cheap for you and cheaper in 2nd hand market but it won't mean whatever country the OP is from these products can be cheap even in 2nd hand markets due to the way currency conversation can make products insanely expensive for your own economy. So relatively in some countries buying a PlayStation 5 is kinda same economical hardship as much as buying a car. (In my country 2nd hand rubbish "almost gonna explode" car prices starts with 2 PS5 price but this PS5 price in my example is not based on taxes, with taxes I guess buying a house would be easier for me than buying 1 PS5 here lol.)

Play GBA games on your 3DS via homebrew. It's basically native so no emulation input lag. Android tablets are horrible for emulation imo due to lag.
