How? I've just been reading an article about the creation of Super Mario World, where it clearly says that Shigeru Miyamoto, with Super Mario Bros 3, had to discard certain elements because the NES didn't have as much power of, for example, Yoshi.

Probably this smw is actually a big fucking romhack of another nes game, a full reskin etc. The game they hacked must've had a "horse/vehicle" mechanic to be turned into yoshi????? Am I guessing all this based on nothing??? Yes . .

They take place in between the existing entries, and at least the first is virtually a glorified tech demo. In the first, the plot is that the maverick hunter mainframe has been hacked and you have to replay several 1 and 2 stages again and defeat combat records of the bosses to track down and stop the person who did it. The boot upgrade doesn't enable dash, but instead makes every wall jump a dash wall jump, because there are too few buttons to comfortably control it like Mega Man X. The second takes place after 3 and is a bit more original with the level design.
Thank you very much for the explanation.

Well, if they came out on GBC, they would be as reinterpretations of the events of Mega Man X1, X2 and X3. It's like GB's Mega Man World pentalogy (except for the V from '94 which was completely different).

Do the Xtreme titles count?

Don't worry, everyone, the game is still hot garbage. The jumping physics, regardless of the fixes, are still horribly broken. It's playable in its own weird way, and it does make me think that a real, proper demake could be done on the NES, but this is still a mess. That it exists is a pretty cool thing--the Hummer Team did a lot with few resources.
Because even the infamous Somari also had a pretty bad jump physics as well as in height that was lower than Sonic even in speed that was also poorly adapted but hey, Hummer Team they didn't know how to make a decent platformer except for the Famicom Bootleg Port of Aladdin, although it was not better than the SFC-SNES version, at least the bootleg version of Famicom was better than the official one, which was disappointing and on top of that it was a GB port made with pure and hard laziness.
