Sony officially ends distribution of the PlayStation 4 in Japan

Now everything is slowly getting ready In my opinion the second best console after the Playstation 2 is discontinued . Thank you for everything playstation 4!

The PS4 still is my main way to play modern games because the PS5's price is ridiculous here with no price drops and while i'm still interested in Switch 2, that price in games is not attractive at all

I still have yet to get Gravity Rush and that iDOLM@STER game that was only region locked there. Expect scalpers to increase the prices for the recent games that made for the PS4 in the last few years.

Only consolation is that most of these games are ported to the PC.

PS4 was a gem. It's social features were probably my favourite aspect. My mates and I have moved to Discord these days, but our friendship was forged in those 3AM deep and meaningful conversations while aimlessly driving around Los Santos in GTA V
