It's a very specific design I want, but I suck at drawing, and photo editing, not to mention hiring someone to do professional covers costs from $500-$2000. So does anyone know of smaller artists that would take reasonable commissions for it? Many thx.

You could try reaching out to @Wechseln ? They take commissions, and their work is astounding.
