They're always one of my favorite parts on videogames, and always receive so little attention for some reason!

I'll start with two personal favorites

Dark souls 2's huntsman's copse

and DMC 1's sunset! This was one of the most memorable parts of the game for me

My favorites skyboxes in games is in Mario Kart DS, impressive visuals for a DS game, and the clouds moves. (4X Resolution)
