That said, I'd like to see Lady in a Cage remade. Not because I disliked the original. But because it's a good premise for a thriller and I feel they can do more with it. They could give the lady in said cage more agency or explore how modern technology would change the plot. It's about a handicapped woman who gets trapped in her home elevator during a power outage. Some criminals break in and terrorize her. It was made to cash in on the success of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane. i.e. exploiting Golden Age actresses in horror situations. [/QUOTE]
