InB4 self plug but a lot of themes I made I made for myself and then shared in case other people were into them. I personally disliked most custom theme makers not paying attention to looping of the music, using whole songs instead of snippets making them use worst quality for the sound, and also not giving custom sound effects etc. I just wanted to make all of that for themes I liked to do.

No contest! The Sega Saturn 3DS theme officially released by sega. If only because they used a custom remix of Super Sonic Racing from Sonic R as the main theme.
