Set the "Joined" date to the date of the first post on the site and "migrate" comments from Disqus

I see several familiar faces here on RGT who have been part of the community since the NB days, commenting and chatting in the comment sections.

It would be great to have this reflected in the profiles instead of just the forum registration date, since the comment section basically functioned (and still functions for some games) as threads.

Perhaps this suggestion should be divided into two, but basically what I'm suggesting is:

• Set the Joined date to the date the user made their first comment on the site.
• Migrate comments from Disqus to their respective appropriate threads here on RGT.

Migrating comments from Disqus was planned but I don't think it's happening.
