Hey, nice to meet everybody!

I’ve never been an active member in a forum before, and I’m not sure if I have it in me—but the thought of it is kinda nice, to be honest. If I were ever part of a forum, it would probably have to be this one.

Recently, I got a Wii U (which I hacked) and a Steam Deck (loaded with RetroDeck). CDRomance has provided me with tons of fun over the years, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m happy it continues to exist as Retro Game Talk!

I really love it too, first I thought it was stupid to buy it (last year) and then I made it into the absolute Nintendo-Powerhouse. Currently playing Yoshi's Woolly World and Wonderful 101 also a bit of Kirby Epic Yarn and sometimes WarioWare Smooth Moves. I'm kinda crazy when it comes to gamehopping. I usually play 5-10 Games in tandem lol.

Naja, zumindest war ich relativ inaktiv vorher

Ich dachte eben, dass ch hier doch eigentlich Leute von meinem Schlag aus aller Welt treffen sollte. Ich war vorher auch Inaktiv. Wollte es mal als oldschool alternative zu den herkömmlichen Social-Media alternativen ausprobieren. Ich hoffe auc, dass du deine Zeit genießt!

Das hoffe ich auch. Ich wollte halt auch mal eine Retro-Spiele-Community ausprobieren. Und es ist immer wieder erkennbar, wie klein die Welt ist, wenn man in einer englischsprachigen Community einen anderen Deutschen findet es ist so als wenn wir uns anziehen würden lol :)

Ja, wir konnten beide unsere Stämme bewahren. Ich fand es immer witzig, wenn die Bayern gesagt haben: 'Wir sin ke preisn.' Ich habe mir dann nur gedacht: 'Ja, und wir sind keine Bayern.' Und trotzdem herrschten sie über uns. Aber da haben die keine Probleme mit, seltsam :)

Und doch sind wir beide keine Bayern :P

Ja, momentan verstehen wir uns echt gut mit den Bayern – und ich weiß gar nicht genau, warum. Vielleicht liegt’s an der Geschichte. Als Pfälzer fühle ich mich den Bayern irgendwie näher als dem Rest von Deutschland, sogar näher als dem Rheinland, mit dem uns historisch eigentlich nichts verbindet
