yes it is. All the characters and stages are from Master System games though! :D A certain Italian plumber even makes a guest appearance.

It's fair enough putting it on the Mega Drive instead of the Master System. Making a Master System fighting game would be MUCH harder!

Thank you for letting me know this exists! I definitely plan to check this out on my own time. This is the kind of dream fangame that only comes around so often, so I’m excited to see how fun it can be!
