I have tried once but it stuttering and lags...
my pc is AMD A8 with 4gb ram.
saturn is hard to emulate but the games are awesome

If you have potato pc you should probably eat it
In all seriousness might be something up with your rig

Retroarch is a neat multi emulator with one of the Saturn cores that might work well, depends on game from personal experience. The Saturn(Yabause) core works well enough, if not then the other two are worth a try in Retroarch >Saturn/ST-V (Kronos) or Saturn(YabaSanshiro) cores.

It's unsatisfying, but you may also just have to grin and bear it depending on the game. Saturn emulation just isn't quite as robust as it is for other systems, though if you get anything with a CPU from the last few years you can probably run most things reliably on Mednafen. Steam Deck does a good job of it, for example.

SSF is a very old emulator that pretty much used to be the only choice for Saturn emulation for years. It used to work on my potato ages ago and it might still work better than all the newfangled options that have appeared since, but I can't guarantee anything.

SSF is your best chance, saturn emulation is very cpu heavy. On the newer emulators your cpu needs around 1500 points of single core performance on the cpumark test to run the lighter games, with around 1700 points you can run everything.

For modest specifications, only SSF is truly feasible. I do believe it is still being updated, surprisingly enough. Performance is excellent but usability is sub par, so it can be difficult to use at first.
