The drawbacks with getting bought up by corporations...unless you make billions, you will disappear. Microsoft did this for decades.

Company which doesn't make games, acquires studios to try to get into gaming, "we are too big to lose, what could possibly go wrong?"

You'd think they'd learned their lesson with Amazon's failures.

Armature also shut down? That sucks. ReCore was one of the Xbox One's hidden gems. Maybe the ex-Retro devs from Armature will go back to work on Prime 5 so that it's better than 4.
