I bumped into this game when I was building my MD Rom collection.
I tried it a little bit, didn't seem like a good game.
It did made me wonder how come VR Troopers is the only rendition of Spielvan in a video game. Metalder at least shows up on some of those SD Heroes games from bandai, and him and Gavan and Sharivan even got a special game on the PS2.

Spielvan however is like Jaspion. The only people that care about him are the Brazilians.
 
Shame we never got a Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad game to create the trio of holy 90s unashamed western sentai amalgations
 
So... this got the same fate as Kamen Rider (or "Masked Rider") in the west?
 
Apparently this show was planned as Cybertron, starring JDF (Tommy the green ranger from MMPR) as Adam, before Brad Hawkins as the lead role alongside (as Ryan, using Metalder and Shaider footage) alongside Katelyn and JB (as the two Spielban characters):
