Once you get the full party things get a lot more manageable. There's gonna be a lot of backtracking so making maps will speed things up in the long run, every floor is 30x30 squares, it looks big but there's plenty of empty spaces between rooms so mapping everything don't take that long and once you are done you can move around a lot faster.
